Think of your seamstress as the atelier creating your gown, and wardrobe concierge as your personal dresser ensuring it performs flawlessly on your special day. Alterations are completed in advance and involve permanent changes to garment construction (hemming, resizing, etc.). Wardrobe concierge is day-of support focused on steaming, quick fixes, minor adjustments, and managing wardrobe emergencies. Your event day introduces real-time moments: a delicate bustle, shifting straps, the artistry of getting everyone dressed beautifully. I ensure everything performs perfectly under pressure.

I offer several tiers of service:

Yes! My services range from one-on-one support to full wedding parties and large performance groups. Each service tier is designed for specific group sizes and time frames. I prioritize based on urgency (who's leaving for photos first, who has a wardrobe crisis, etc.) and work efficiently to make sure everyone gets the help they need without feeling rushed

For weddings, most clients book 3+ months in advance. For special occasions like prom, I recommend 6-8 weeks ahead (especially during peak season). For performances and competitions, book 2-3 months in advance when possible. Rush requests are accommodated when available.

Yes. I serve the Lincoln and Omaha metro areas (within 50 miles of Lincoln). For events beyond this region, please contact me to discuss travel fees and availability.

What to Expect on Your Event Day

Professional steaming and wrinkle removal
Minor strap adjustments (repositioning, lengthening, shortening)
Emergency repairs (broken zippers, fallen hems, lost buttons, loose embellishments)
Bustle preparation and troubleshooting
Adding hooks, snaps, or closures for better fit
Discreet solutions (hidden snaps for bra straps, weights for necklines, stitches to prevent skirts from spinning)
Veil and headpiece placement
Corsage and boutonnière pinning
Transportation support (helping navigate large gowns into vehicles)
Styling touches and photography support

I cannot perform major alterations like full re-hemming, significant resizing, or garment reconstruction on-site. If a dress is multiple sizes too big or small, that needs to be addressed with a seamstress beforehand.
However, if something unexpected happens during your event that can't be perfectly repaired quickly, my priority is continuity and confidence. I can discreetly secure a garment so you can move freely and maintain a flawless appearance in person and in photographs. -
I carry stain mitigation supplies and can work to reduce visibility and prevent spreading. I can't guarantee full removal, but I can often minimize the stain enough that it won't show in photos.

I'm happy to join you wherever your party is getting ready, whether that's a private home, hotel suite, or venue. The Seamless Premiere Bridal Concierge and Red-Carpet Ready Group Experience include a full mobile wardrobe studio, which ideally requires approximately 8' × 10' of space for a sewing machine and garment rack. If space is limited, I can always adjust when discussed in advance.

Yes! I arrive with professional steaming equipment, a hand-sewing kit, and a comprehensive wardrobe toolkit including everything from safety pins and fashion tape to stain solutions and emergency supplies. The Seamless Premiere Bridal Concierge, Red-Carpet Ready Group Experience, and Mobile Studio packages include the full mobile studio setup with sewing machine, garment rack, and ironing station.

I can be as present as you need me to be. Some clients prefer me stationed in designated space and available when called. Others want me more involved: checking in regularly, coordinating transitions, and assisting during photos. I adapt completely to your comfort level and preferences. Not hovering, but always ready. We'll discuss what feels right for you during our planning call.

Absolutely. I can handle the bustle for you, but I can also walk your maid of honor or mother through the process so they feel confident doing it later in the evening if I'm not booked for the full event.

I can help position garments for detail shots, provide touch-ups, assist with styling (hair placement, train arrangement, jewelry alignment), and stay out of shots while ensuring you look perfect for every moment. Just include photo time in your booking window.

Yes! My professional cosmetology training means I can secure veils, place hairpieces and tiaras, add emergency hairpins, and handle basic hair touch-ups. I can also troubleshoot jewelry issues like stuck clasps or tangled chains. However, I'm not there in place of a hair stylist. Once confirmed, you receive a service agreement and payment instructions
A 50% deposit secures your date

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Full payment details are outlined in your service agreement.

If my schedule allows, yes. Additional time is billed at the hourly rate for your service tier. It's best to book adequate time upfront, but I'm happy to extend if needed and available.

Absolutely! Many bridal parties and prom families choose to share the investment. To keep the process seamless, I provide one comprehensive invoice to a single point of contact. Your group can coordinate the split amongst yourselves, but the final payment must be made as a single transaction.

45+ Days Notice: Your 50% deposit is retained, and no further balance is due.
30–45 Days Notice: Your deposit is retained, and 25% of the remaining balance is due.
Within 30 Days: The full balance is required and non-refundable.
The TFSC Credit: For any cancellation made with 30+ days' notice, 50% of your deposit may be applied as a credit toward any future service within the next 6 months.
Rescheduling: I offer one complimentary reschedule (subject to availability) if requested at least 30 days before your event.
Weather & Emergencies: In the event of extreme weather (Level 2 or 3 snow emergencies) or official venue closures, 100% of your payment will be applied as a credit toward a rescheduled date.
Full cancellation terms are outlined in your service agreement.

In the rare event that illness or a personal emergency prevents me from attending, you will receive a 100% refund immediately. When possible, I will also leverage my professional network to help connect you with a trusted colleague.
