How the Booking Process Works

All concierge services are subject to availability and are confirmed individually.
A flat $100 travel fee applies to all Omaha metro bookings, including Serenity Standby reservations. For celebrations outside the Lincoln or Omaha metro areas, a custom travel quote will be provided during your personal confirmation.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Our full cancellation and rescheduling policy will be outlined in your service agreement.
Because wardrobe support is closely tied to your beauty and photography timeline, timely coordination with your hair, makeup, and planning team helps ensure the smoothest possible experience.
