  • Secure Your Date
    Once we've confirmed the perfect fit, you'll receive your service agreement and payment instructions. A signed agreement and 50% non-refundable retainer officially reserve your date.

  • After Your Booking Is Confirmed:
    You'll receive a timeline planning guide and pre-event wardrobe questionnaire to ensure every detail is thoughtfully prepared.

How the Booking Process Works

A Few Helpful Notes

All concierge services are subject to availability and are confirmed individually.

  • A flat $100 travel fee applies to all Omaha metro bookings, including Serenity Standby reservations. For celebrations outside the Lincoln or Omaha metro areas, a custom travel quote will be provided during your personal confirmation.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Our full cancellation and rescheduling policy will be outlined in your service agreement.

  • Because wardrobe support is closely tied to your beauty and photography timeline, timely coordination with your hair, makeup, and planning team helps ensure the smoothest possible experience.
