How the Booking Process Works

1. Submit Your Event Details
Complete the form below with your date, venue information, and event scope.

2. Availability Check
Within 48 hours, I'll review your request and confirm whether Mobile Studio can support your event.

3. Event Consultation
I'll connect with you by email or phone to discuss venue logistics, performer count, timeline, and any specific wardrobe concerns.

4. Secure Your Date
Once we've confirmed the fit, you'll receive a booking agreement and invoice. A 50% deposit reserves your date.

5. Pre-Event Coordination
After booking is confirmed, you'll receive a venue requirements checklist, load-in timeline, and day-of contact information for seamless coordination with your stage management team.

Note: A deposit or full payment is required to secure all concierge services.

Important Details

  • Mobile Studio bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis based on availability.

  • Submitting this form does not guarantee booking. I'll review your request and respond within 48 hours.

  • For venues beyond the Lincoln/Omaha metro area (50+ miles from Lincoln), a travel fee quote will be provided during consultation.

  • I recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance. Requests within 2 weeks of your event are accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Complete terms are outlined in the booking agreement.

This process ensures organized, professional backstage support so you can focus on what matters: your performers and your show.

Pricing

Mobile Studio Load-In & Setup Fee: $225
Includes transport and setup of the complete mobile workspace: industrial steamer, sewing machine, garment rack, and comprehensive repair kit.

On-Site Wardrobe Support: $110/hour
Two-hour minimum once Mobile Studio is live and ready for performers.

Sample Event Pricing:

  • 4-hour recital: $665

  • 8-hour competition: $1,105

  • 10-hour competition day: $1,325

Final pricing and any applicable travel fees will be confirmed during your event consultation.
